Our Tech/Lead Process
Our team runs better technology than any other team in the industry. Mike consults with many of our tech companies ownership and executive teams and has a direct impact on the tech that these companies produce and that our team uses.
Some of the systems we provide to our agents include Sierra Interactive (including a dialer), Ylopo dynamic retargeting, SISU data analytics, and many others.
Our team invests nearly $60,000 per MONTH into new lead opportunities, and uses a unique system to help the agents and inside sales agents convert them.
Our team also provides massive leverage for our past clients and sphere of influence using a 54 touch system that our team developed and which includes three client events per year.

Education
Rockwell University is the go-to real estate school in our area. They offer online classes and in person classes, which allows you to take the courses at your own pace. If you use our link below, you will receive a discount to the course cost vs signing up directly through Rockwell.

Agents can join us as either a partner or as a team agent. A partner is assigned to an elite agent and works directly with this agent to help the agent's production rise through having leverage. A team agent is a producing agent whereas a partner is more of a support role for an elite agent.
We welcome potential agents to interview for whichever of those two roles they would enjoy the most. One has a salary where the other does not. Once a team agent closes 100 homes on our team they are eligible to interview for elite agent status. A partner is a minimum of a two-year commitment with the agent they work with in addition to other graduation requirements such as SOI generated business.

The 50/50 model is a broken one full of turnover and teams that have a revolving door. Most teams that offer 50/50 splits do not offer the number of lead opportunities, leadership, or leverage that our team offers.
This is just like a seller wanting to list their home for the agent that charges the least amount of money instead of focusing on how much they net. Our agents net FAR more than most agents in our market.

It is intensive and takes a while to get through. You can expect a phone interview, an in-person interview, a panel interview, and several other steps along the way before being considered for a position on the team. Our sandbox is everything and we protect our culture by only bringing people in that are a true-values fit.

As of the time of this writing (2022), we invest around $60,000 per month in new lead opportunities for our agents.

We host three HUGE client events each year that you can invite your sphere to so you stay top of mind without having to ask them for a referral. These events cost upwards of $20,000 per event and get a great turnout.

We are heavy adopters of emerging technology in real estate and pave the way at a national level for tech. Current tech includes Ylopo, SISU, Sierra Interactive, Hatch Systems and many others.

We ask that all team members be in the office for 4 business days per week (M-F, pick 4). This is to ensure we have proximity to our people, and can help eachother grow.

Yes, we have an open-air bull pen with newly remodeled, built-in marble desks that are beautiful and more importantly, functional.

We maintain a level of maturity and respect around fellow teammates and clients, but sometimes in appropriate situations, we get real and rowdy! You will need to be comfortable with colorful language and variable volumes if you hang with us.

Yes, dress like a professional PNW adult. This means take some effort to be presentable before coming into the office or attending client-facing meetings and do not wear distressed, rudely branded, or dirty clothing. That being said, do not make life harder on yourself by dressing inappropriately for your job. Real estate is an on-your-feet, outside-in-the-rain kind of industry. Be comfortable and presentable.

We have multiple agents, admin staff, and agent partners on the team. You will see, get to know, work side by side with, and learn from every single one on a daily basis.

Yes. These are effectively paid internship positions where you get the unique opportunity to be mentored and work with a top 1% agent.

Absolutely, you will have an experienced mentor in addition to a dedicated trainer. Together they will ensure that you grow and learn all there is to learn about being a successful agent. We also have an extensive and thorough online training program that will supplement all that you learn in person.

In any real estate office that has working desk space for brokers to use, they charge recurring monthly “desk fees,” “technology fees” and “printer/copier/administrative fees.” For the actual workspace, printing, and administrative staff leverage you will have access to, you pay nothing; the team factors this into splits (aka, zero monthly overhead, you pay when you get paid).
You will be responsible for your cap & transaction fees, but only when you close homes (where you have a significantly discounted cap just for being on the team already). You also cover your own NWMLS and supra key fee, name riders, business cards, SCCAR/NAR dues.

We are a very tight-knit and no “candy coating” team. Everyone on the team holds each other accountable for being the best they can be. We aim to have a fun and exciting environment while also striving to be in the top 1% of the top 1%.
We have team-building events and activities, a happy hour at least once a quarter, an annual president's club trip for the top producing agents, and too much more to list. We believe it’s important to check out every once in a while and connect with our teammates on a more personal level.
