Meet Mike and Rachael Novak

MEET MIKE
Mike grew up in the home building and land development business and has learned real estate from the ground up with these experiences. He started his career in development, eventually moving into other business ventures that ultimately brought him back to real estate.
MEET RACHAEL
Rachael has been involved in the service of people since 2005. She is Mom to three kids (and one golden retriever), is married to her best friend & business partner, and is an avid CrossFitter.
Rachael previously co-owned a restaurant company with her husband that she worked in on and off over the years between raising their kids.
