FUB:
Pros:
Integrates with virtually anything
Very simple to use and intuitive
Works well with teams, communication tools are good
Cons:
Automated action plan based texting doesn’t work. Lots of people communicate via text and don't answer calls, so you need a second tool here.
Dialer is not awesome
Task management could be improved. I didn't like the way it organized tasks and priorities.
Firepoint:
Pros:
Integrated with a lot of lead sources
Deeply integrated with Ylopo - which was a game changer for the Novak Team!
Converts PPC traffic well
Easy to use back end with a full suite of tools: Texting, Email and everything else.
Cons:
Click to call vs true dialer. The Dialer doesn't go from one call to the next, you have to click and manually start the next call. A true dialer would be a massive time saver!
Sierra Interactive
Pros:
Sierra Interactive converts PPC well
Very complete back end with texts, VM drops etc.
Cons:
Doesn’t currently have a deep integration with Mojo
Phone calls all seem to get flagged as spam
AI is not built in
Can take a while to get service issues resolved
The UX is not the prettiest
Real Geeks:
Pros:
Inexpensive - cost-wise between this and Fire Point for entry level
Converts PPC well
Really innovative and cool Facebook tool
Cons:
Not great AI on what your leads are doing - that makes it harder to react on their behavior.
Back end feels really outdated, cluttered and old
No dialer in the CRM, has to plug into Mojo
CINC:
Pros:
Tested and battle-proven CRM and IDX platform
Really organized and robust CRM
Built in dialer
Cons:
Issues with importing leads: Sending messages to leads that weren’t created by their platform may not work
You are locked into their lead generation management. You can't add leads from Facebook, Paperclicks and such.
Doesn’t integrate well with a ton of other platforms or systems
Bottom line:
If you are searching for a CRM figure, what features are important to you. Realize, that you get out of it what you put into it! There is a CRM out there for everyone, it's just a matter of setting it up and customizing according to your needs.
