Arlington
The average home price of Arlington is $618,000 and it still has something to offer in comparison to the market as of the recording of the video. One of the key features of Arlington is the iconic downtown area, the famous Stilly Diner that serves the best breakfast possible in Snohomish County, and the Arlington Hardware. One of the things that people can also enjoy here are hanging out on the weekends by the park where families can also enjoy. Arlington has great acreage properties which is a great opportunity to get huge acreage in the area.
Sultan
There are lots of new constructions in Sultan that makes it a viable option for families and those who drive to work despite being a bit farther than other towns. With the average home price of $492,000 , there’s definitely some value you can get when you live here. Sultan is near to hiking spots, rivers, and other good views that families and their kids can go out and enjoy on their vacation. However, before considering a move here, the main concern here is that the traffic in Highway 2 gets pretty bad once it backs up, which can be a hassle especially when you drive to other locations.
Granite Falls
With the best blend of price and value, Granite Falls is one of the best affordable suburbs that you must consider. Although the average home price is at $582,000, which is higher than Sultan and less than Arlington, but you get lots of new constructions, a great downtown vibe, access to outdoors, most especially the Stillaguamish River, Mountain Loop, Mount Pilchuck, and other amazing outdoor activities to do. The bigger advantage of Granite Falls over other towns mentioned is that you can gain multiple entrances from different highways unlike other roads that get backed up easily, which means that driving to work everyday is a lot easier and less hassle.
