Buyers

Buying a home is often one of the largest financial transactions of a person’s life, and requires extremely careful planning and preparation.

4 Phases of Buying a Home- The Overview

Buying a home successfully comes down to your planning and your preparation.

For many of my clients, buying a home is one of the largest financial transactions of their lives.

Invest the time upfront to make sure you have a gameplan to buy, understand the current market, and have identified at a very granular level EXACTLY what you need in your new home.

Who you work with matters.

When you work with The Novak Team, you are putting to work the vast experience of some of the top agents in the industry, not just the area.

The single biggest mistake that we see home buyers make is they skip over the preparation phase and right into touring homes, lacking the clarity on their budget, their pre approval, their needs in a home and the process to successfully buying a home.

Our role as your agent, is to coach and guide you through the process, make sure you don’t make a very expensive mistake, and negotiate fiercely on your behalf at every point.

It is not to sell you on a home.

Only you can decide that a home is right for you.  When you feel it in your gut, in your heart, that is when you write an offer on a home.

Are you ready to buy a home?

1. Do you have at least a 620 credit score?

2. Are you comfortable with a $3000+ monthly payment OR putting a large amount down?

3. Is that budget realistic to the area and market we live in?

4. Do you have a home you need to sell first?

Why The Novak Team

1. We do this full time, there are no part timers on our team

2. The average agent on our team helps over 40 families make a move each year, which is nearly 10x the national average for a Realtor, so we are vastly more experienced

3. Local experts, we know our market and community inside and out, from the different businesses down to each neighborhood and sub division

4. Experience - our team helps on average 250+ families make a move each year

5. A team vs an individual- we have a full team of admin support for our agents.  Out of our team of 24, only 9 of them are agents and the rest support the agents.  Someone from our team is available to show you homes, take a phone call, or help you out 7 days a week because of this. Most of our agents employ full time showing partners to provide 7 day a week showing access for their clients.

6. Low pressure - while we fight hard for our clients, we do not pressure them to buy a particular home or to make a move on anyone's timeframe but their own.  We go as fast or as slow as your preference.
